This wood chipper and crusher is a integrated machine combining both functions of wood chipper and crusher.


The wood crusher is made of 2 main parts:
The first part of this machine is wood chipper, which can shred wood log into wood chips of thickness 15-35mm and length 3-5cm;
The second part is a hammer crusher, which can further crush the wood chips into 1-10mm sawdust.


The operation needs only 1 or 2 person. The feeding can be manual or through belt conveyor.
The user can also choose only one part(wood chipper or crusher) to work , or both parts to work according to their own request.

Preoperation of Sawdust Wood Briquette Machine

1. Place the wood briquette machine in the production area steadily.

2. Install the electric control cabinet to the connection of the main machine, and connect the power line to the motor and the heating part

3. Confirm all are connected well, then connect to the main power cable.

4．When the power is on, please check and confirm the voltmeter work well ,then start the machine without load .(Check the normal-reverse rotation , green light means normal rotation .)

5. Start and run the sawdust briquette machine for 2-3 minutes without feeding raw material. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, run the machine according to the instructions below .If there is any abnormal phenomenon, please stop the machine at once, inspect the machine carefully, and solve the problem before running it again without loading.

6. Set the thermometer to temperature 280 ℃-350℃ ,only when the temperature reaches up to the setting temperature, can you start the machine and go into normal operation.

7. To avoid the abnormal phenomenon happen , feed a small amount of raw material until the qualified product is produced ,then gradually increase the feeding amounts of raw material .Confirm there is no abnormal phenomenon happens during the 30-minute continuous running ,then you can go into the normal production 

8. Please clear up the charging hopper before stopping the wood briquette machine, run machine in reverse for 1 minute to make the material in the screw propeller come out to avoid blocking before next shift production.

Screw Type Wood Biomass Briquette Extruder Machine

The screw type biomass briquette machine is designed to make high density biomass briquette from forest waste or agricultural waste.

Raw material can be the wood sawdust,the rice husk, the peanut shell,the bamboo dust,sunflower shell,the bagasse, corncob,the coconut shell, the coffee shell,straw and other biomass materials.

The final briquette can be hexagonal or square shape, with a hole in center.

1. Crush the raw materials into small pieces(around 3MM diameter)
2. Dry the crushed materials by dryer, and make the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;
3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make stick fuel briquettes.
